Paid for three months at $599 and my card was charged $599. Then the moment they confirmed the subscription, they reversed the $599 charge and gave a new charge for $299, and sent one month supply instead of three. I reached out less than an hour after the $299 charge to try to stop them sending one month at that price, and their only response was 'Our team will get back to you'. I reached out three more times to resolve and they gave the same nonresponse. When they tried to charge me a second $299 for a second month, luckily I had made my card unusable.
