Review Time
My medication has been in “transit” for a week. It went from Texas, to California (where I live), and now for some reason it’s in Kentucky. Assuming it’s lost its effectiveness given it hasn’t been refrigerated for all this time. Not even sure it will arrive, seems lost.
I had a great first experience with LovelyMeds for my first 3 months of medication. I had a refill approved on 7/6/25 and had my last dose on 7/15/25. My next dose is due in 4 days and I have not received my refill. I keep getting messages that they are working on it, but they will not give me a ship date. I am SO frustrated with this company. Paid $1008 for the next 3 month supply and nothing is happening. If they miraculously deliver my meds by Tuesday, I will amend this, but I have no reason to think it will happen. Finally got my shipment on 7/19/25 after sending multiple messages and threatening to report the prescribing physician to the WA State Dept of Health. When I received the meds, there were no clear instructions on how to administer them the way they came the first time. I will use another company moving forward as this 2nd experience has been awful. I am hoping the doctor will respond to my request about how to administer my next doses.
First 3 months were fine but when I needed a refill it was a disaster. They took my money but after a month and a half still never sent the med. Then they wouldn’t refund my money and when they finally did after I had to demand it 5 times, they charged me a $40 processing fee for their inconvenience. BS. I still don’t have the money from the “refund”. Steer clear. Edit to add a response: Hello, like I said, I DID reach out to your team FIVE times! It was like pulling teeth to get them to listen to your concerns. I’m lucky I got what I did for a refund but I am not happy I had to pay for your time. What about my time?!
I was on it for a month with no weight loss, I have been on Tirzepitide before and it worked great but not this one. I notified the many times and all they kept saying is it takes time to work. It never took time when I was on the other one.
