Medication, customer service and experience

Losing faith

Ordered on the 17th of June and its now the 27th. Hoping to get my order soon....I was wanting to loose weight for my wedding thsts coming up and im running out of time. Is this a fraud? Have i been scammed? I put the last dime in had into this medicine....Im absolutely terrified ive been scammed. Im giving it a few more days....loosing faith:(

Not a good business- there are way better out there

I recently had to switch my compounded medication to a different provider as my previous one stopped selling the medication that I take. So after some research online, I decided to choose lovely meds. Unfortunately, their customer service is awful. From the minute I ordered I had trouble getting my tracking information. They are extremely slow to respond and there is no phone number you can call. It was like pulling teeth and took forever to get my medication. Takes at least 12 days and that is for delivery within the 50 states. I understand the medication comes from Texas, so basically they are just crappy. A zillion other businesses can get this medication to you from anywhere within the United States within 48 hours. So that’s red flag number one. I received my first shipment and everything seemed OK. My second shipment arrived and it was missing half of the medication. I am still going round and round with them about sending me the missing medication from my order. They do not want to take ownership. They have my $449 which they are Auto deducting every month, it’s been three days and they still will not ship me my medication. They’re still just spinning around telling me they don’t understand and blah blah blah blah blah. Absolutely no solution. I have no idea if I’m going to get my medication or not. They do not answer messages quickly at all. This is the worst company and I am sorry I even got tangled up with them in the first place. Buyer beware. Nonexistent customer service so if you have a problem you’re on your own.

Modern day crooks.

The service started out great. I received my first 2 months in a timely manner. The 3rd month has been a joke. They first told me there was an issue with pharmacy and they had to find a new one. Then they kept telling me that they sent it to the new pharmacy and expedited it. That was weeks ago. I asked for a refund since the status of my order has remained as “shipment pending”. It’s just sitting there for 2 more weeks now. They issued me an $86 credit that they claim was a 50% refund. I paid $345 and 50% of that is not $86. Why would I want a store credit when you aren’t shipping what I already paid for? Stop the madness!! Either ship me my meds or credit my credit card with the full amount that I paid. I’m done with the b.s. I will be filing a complaint with their local Attorney General’s office and will find any and all websites that mention them and post this very review. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reputable company. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

5 weeks later, im still out $999!!!! Crooks!!!!

5 weeks later, sent and returned the product that should of never been sent out after it was cancelled....and still no refund! Liri is a dishonest crook and lied repeatedly about refunding me ASAP. She is personally now withholding my $999 refund because of my honest reviews to protect other consumers. I will continue to post a new review everyday until I receive my Full Refund as promised in writing and verbally on a recorded phone call.Liri, Still you’re choosing to lie on a public format. Another associate has reached out to apologize for your terrible behavior. The medication was returned and received by your company, check your records. I hope that you are reprimanded in a deserving manner for your unprofessionalism. Also, the order was canceled by you immediately after it was brought to your attention and before it was processed. You spitefully had it sent out a day later after you told me over the phone that it was canceled and guaranteed me a full refund. An hour later you told me that it wasn’t possible and that there was absolutely nothing that could be done. Then later claimed you would make an exception. Then try to deny a refund again. For the sale of this company, I hope that today is your last day. FYI, you personally have several bad reviews not just from me, but from others that are completely undone with your dishonesty.

Never received it, had to open a credit card dispute. Here we are 30 days later and they only refunded half. Total scam!

Your clinical administrators don't know…

Your clinical administrators don't know the difference between concentration and dose per vial. Prescriptions need to be more clear (in mg) if your vials are going to have different concentrations. The unit measurement only works if the concentrations are consistent, or if your clinical administrators know how to do medical math.

They are very helpful

They are very helpful. I only had 1 issue that was wasnt even their fault. They quickly fixed the issue and got the meds to me within 3days. I would recommend using them.

After 30 days Lovely Meds don’t live up to expectations

I have been using their formulary for tirzepatide for about a month and I do not find it very effective. When I started with them, I had to buy a 3 month supply with dosages increased monthly. That should have been a warning to shop elsewhere and try a month at a time before committing to a longer term and costly purchase. I really wish I had read all the applicable reviews on reddit before purchasing and I expect to go elsewhere when it’s time to make my next purchase.
