Review Time
I ordered a 3 month supply of trizepitide, which is $999- It was "shipped" and yet I never received it. After 2 weeks of asking for support to help and resend it, finally I got someone who re sent it out. Now a week later, the package should be delivered today, but when I checked the tracking, it left my state and is now on the east coast and saying its delayed. This is ridiculous for the same thing to happen twice. I want my money back, I have reached out to support and we will see how long this takes. Use another company.
Horrible website. Impossible to navigate. The website makes no sense at all. Horrible communication. They don't respond to emails for days. Pricing is confusing. Medicine arrived warm. They tell me $269 for a medication through email and also tell me a $25 discount will be applied, then I go to order an get charged $400. No response from them through email. Absolutely horrible.
Oral medicine didn't work. I asked to make it right. Possibly a discount on the next order, and there was no outcome other than they can't take the medicine back and give me a refund. I wasn't asking for that; I was asking for some type of compensation even a discount as this stuff is not cheap. They lost my business. Also, packing on the shots was horrible. Didn't stay cold.
