Crooks do not get any finance with love money finance delivered a van with issues after issue’s over £2000 of works to be carried out with none of them answering their phone to discuss Will be going legal!! Get these crooks in prison!
I went into this very open minded, from the first point of contact I felt at ease, messages were passing back & forth & within no time at all I had a offer on the table & pictures of vans being sent to me to view,Once the choice was made the paperwork was signed & the van was delivered to my door within a few days,Can't fault the service from start to finish.
The whole setup seems very dodgy, look at the comments on facebook and reviews. Did an application with them, car I had already found was £6495. They asked me mileage which was fine, everything with the car matched their criteria. They told me it would be £249 a month. But then sent me 3 of their own cars, same price £6500 but £169/£179 a month. I asked why the car I wanted was so much more, told it was due to not knowing about the garage's warranty. Informed them they had a 12 month warranty, they just argued with me. Clearly from these reviews they need to worry about their own warranty! Very unprofessional, spoke to me very unprofessionally and used whatsapp. No option to view cars, just told "which one do you want". The cars they offered were older, more mileage. I looked into their companies house records and reviews because that's something that should be done before parting with money. I wouldn't trust this company, exert caution if you do! The reply below is nonsense; the garage I chose offer 12 month warranty as standard and up to 18 months. The cars love finance showed were older, lower models and more expensive overall. They didn’t speak to the garage they just want to cover their reputation. Take a look at reviews and companies house. Won’t be replying further to their nonsense!
Mathew delivered a car that panels were hanging off. I needed to fix very poor quality. They needed to go back to the garage to get net turbo pipe new injection seals and replaced cracked manifold. Car came back with nearly empty tank of fuel.when the car came back the dash was lit up with 4 faults and I rejected the car.the garage admitted liability od damaging the steering angal senser.so.mathew offed to collect the car and return it.now he's lieing saying he wants £500 collection costs to take the car 70 miles that were not mentiond. £500 for milage even though the car wasn't fit for purpose. He has had a full refund from the garage and is not returning the money to the finance company. Stay away from these rip-off Britain cowboys.. They should be black listed for dealing with anyone.The garage that deals with them will never deal with them again, and I dread anyone who dose.thay lie all the time and make things up that aren't true.reported to watchdog and dodgy traders for investigation. Avoid this company. They are bad news and still trying to get them to pay back money. They have been back to the finance company from the garage.This is not the first bad review this company has and will not be the last.Also, trying to claim damages to the car when a full walk round video was made before that took it.Also just reported to trading standards and sent all info over.Thay ignore all contact and will not return callsThe panels in the back side needed putting back on and there was a live red wire going through the car.when I told you about the car you told me that it was nothing to do with you and contact the garage. The finance company said you have Not payed the funds back so that's a lie from you.your claiming money for damages to the car.there was no damage as I did a walk around vidio sent to the finance company and a email from the garage saying there was no damage to the car coursed bye me but the garage who did the work.i also sent proof you got the £8440 you payed for the car back with no deductions.i never said I wouldn't return the car so that a lie from you.and you never said you were charging for collection of the car so you lied again.£500 for collection to take the car 70 miles that I never agreed to pay for another lie from you.please show proof of this I would love to see it.and picking you up and dropping you off from bus station and train station there's a charge of £500 .your not getting a penny from me.take me to court I'll be happy to sort these lies out there.stop you lies pay the money back to the finance company that you owe them and move on.theres no need to make up lies and be a low life con man.The finance company new I was still using the car to drive to addenbrooks hospital as I'm wife was on a support machine so no lies there.the garage had the car for nearly 3 weeks you hired me a car for 2 days not for the full time.i went out of my way to help you.i never refused to drop the car off to you so another made up lie.i also have a photo of the driver side rear panel hanging off and the red live wire sticking out.you sau your cars have all these checks but really you just bought a trade in car from the garage and brought it strate here and did nothing to it.you reviews say it all about you.you lie and are dishonest and should be ashamed of your self.UpdateFinally after love money holding on to the payment thay said thay payed back that was a lieI got a call from the finance company saying thay only just payed them back.well done it only took 5 months.Thay claimed for damage that wasn't there.total lieing rip off cowboys.Thay claimed for mileage That tulip motors payed them back in full for.Claiming for damage to the car when there was none.i have the vidio to prove this.Again lieing rip off cowboys If your not sure of the truth or this contact tulip motors Nottingham and thay will verify this.thay will never deal with them again.And I have put this all on Facebook reviews pageAnd every review site I can find so others will not make the same mistake I did of trying to buy a car from a honest car broker.Look at the reviews on trust pilot and trusted review sites.this is not a company you can trust.im just glad that I'm done with them and never have to deal with these lieing low life's again.And this is barrie not Karen.
