Me and my wife used Matt from Love money a few months ago. We came across on of their Facebook ads and decided to apply. Really glad we did, Matt gave us solid advice, secured us finance and managed to source the Audi A5 I’ve been looking for. Thanks a lot. Will be using you guys again in the future
Had given these guys a 5 star review, how wrong was I. 1 month into new vehicle. Got a health check done by ford, they found a corroded cooler pipe. Broken DPF, rear shocks damaged and leaking, NSF bearings need replacing. This is after they put through a MOT. So they disputed this and asked for a report from a non ford garage. I did and they found other things. Discs badly lipped. This was still not good enough. So got an independent assessor from the finance company and even though I had done just 1000miles and the report showing that the damage was done before I purchased the vehicle they still refuse to put it right. Breach of the consumer credit act. Reported this company to trading standards. Dont go anywhere near this company. Oh they blamed the rear shocks damage on the body kit I put on it!!!! Responding to the below message:It was less than 2 months before i started to have issues with teh vehicle, and have the paperwork and emails and whatsapp messages to prove that. You blamed every one and everything else, to the point that i had to go to the finance company to get a repsonse from you, and then you still didnt sort it.

We’re do I start please walk away from this company and bumper 365 there a corrupt company that sell dodgy cars and blag you your getting a great deal they dropped my car off in the dark never got a chance to test drive it, got no service history, no spare tyre or anything incase of a puncher, no locking wheel nut to take off the baldy tyres that came with the car and to top it off 10 days later the engine management light came on, the cars had 6 diagnostic reports and needs a new exhaust system fitted which will cost over 1000 pounds to fix, they’ve done nothing to help at all and neither have bumper who take 40 pounds a month for an extended warranty that still refuse to fix the bin they sold me please please please swerve this company it’s disgusting the way they’ve treated me seen a woman and thought shes a gobshite let’s rip her off
Was in desperate need of a car told Will what I wanted and he delivered. Absolutely love my new car from having one previous. They also went the extra mile and made sure I got it on a certain day! Picked the car up from these guys on the 3/8/24 everything was great. Thank you again
What an amazing service This is the second car I have now received from this company. Matthew could not of done enough and the team. Came to Ireland dropped the car off and took my car as part exchange and they paid the finance off for me no dramas. Excellent service highly recommend
The staff (Will) was great and couldn't do enough for me. They were very helpful and worked to my budget for both the van and my finance. Even out of hours they answered any questions I asked. I was going to get the van on Saturday but with it needing an mot it got moved to Monday. The thing with the Monday was that I was at work all day, so they worked there magic and was able to get the mot done earlier and hence made it available to be collected on Saturday. And too my surprise Matt offered to come and pick me up to collect. Only had the van a couple of days but upto press I cannot fault the service that I received from start to finish.
