Complete scam.
I made an impulse buy before Valentine’s Day. Later found out that same products that they selling for £19.99 are for sale on AliExpress for around £1-£2.
Anyway, delivery time is way too long as well. Probably they are waiting delivery from China. Order placed over 10 days now. Still no update regarding the delivery.
It’s just a shiny website with fake stories on it.

I ordered earrings on December 4th, but they have yet to be delivered. The tracking only shows that a label was created. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but now my emails are being ignored, forcing me to dispute the charge with my bank.
I placed my order on 4 December, and by 24 December, it still hadn't arrived. The website claims to be a local company, but the item appears to be shipped from abroad. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made the purchase. I asked for a refund, but they keep claiming it’s 'on the way' instead of addressing the issue. It’s been a misleading and frustrating experience.
I am extremely let down! I ordered two items as gifts for my wife and daughter, but the package arrived today with one box completely empty. This was meant to be a Christmas present. I've contacted the support team for a refund to purchase a replacement, but I haven't received any response.
I purchased a custom bracelet, but they keep blaming the shipping company for the delay. The service claims they haven’t received the package, yet it’s still with the seller. They continually make vague promises about delivery before Christmas, but I've received nothing. I'm thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. I will not order from here again.
I didn’t even want to give this one star! I can’t believe I waited two weeks for this terrible product! I bought two necklaces with photos, but you can barely see the images! It's absolute rubbish and a waste of money! I’m outraged! Please do not purchase from this company! I’m devastated about the poor quality, especially since the pictures are of loved ones who have passed! Avoid buying personalized jewelry here!
I bought a ring as a gift for my partner, but it turned out to be of disappointing quality and poorly made, not resembling the photo on the website at all. Although my partner wore it, it started to stain her finger green within hours. I requested a refund and offered to return the ring, but they sent a replacement that was just as bad. After following up again about the rings being unwearable, they only agreed to a partial refund as a 'gesture of goodwill.' After weeks of waiting and multiple emails, they claimed the refund was processed, but my bank confirmed it was never received. Thankfully, I managed to order a similar ring from another site of much better quality for the same price. I suspect their jewelry is sourced cheaply elsewhere.
I ordered a bracelet on 29 November for a family member, and it’s now 22 December with no updates on its whereabouts. The tracking only shows 'international arrival.' This gift was very important, and I am extremely unhappy with the situation.
