I ordered 4 mini orchid s from here for a friend s birthday the quality of them was amazing and packed very well ,l brought them on a deal and l couldn't believe the price of them definitely excellent value , l would recommend them 100%
Ordered my 6 double orchids ,they said it went to my other address and was not delivered and sent back to love orchids My both addresses where identical but one had a different postcode yet never in three years has my other supposed address been delivered to because it clearly did not exist,as the post code proves,and was charged £60 for the none delivered orchids,appaulling service ,and very hit and miss on the state of the orchids arriving ,as the carrier would deliver the orchids up side down and a lot of damage over the three years to which I kept to a minimum as the owner was ultra sensertive and stood by his useless courier company
Great product. Bought to replace the orchid that died after ten years, so this one has got some going to catch up. But the wife is over the moon with this replacement. I’m happy with the ordering process, the times of the delivery, and the packaging.
Amazing orchids which travelled well and arrived within the stated time. They are well protected and a joy to open. The mixed collection are fresh, healthy, beautiful and last ages as they have plenty of buds still to come out. In fact my March collection are all flowering again. Delightful !
Mu beautiful orchids have just arrived. The packing is amazing. I had ordered 6 large ones and not one flower had come off during shipping.The plants are full of buds and flowers and look fantastic. Wonderful company to deal with. Definitely recommend them.
I’m afraid that I can’t recommend Love Orchids.I ordered an orchid for a friend’s special birthday. I paid for specified day service (5 days away). On the day that the item was supposed to be delivered, there was no sign of the delivery at 3pm (I checked DPD app). I tried to contact Love Orchid. They are not contactable by phone, so I emailed. They finally responded at 9:38 the following day, with a bland apology and refund of the additional same day delivery. I felt that this was the bare minimum. I have asked for the reason for the non delivery of this important item and have not received a reason. They have not replied to my putting this in to a complaint either. The orchid arrived the day after and whilst it a nice orchid, the failure in service would mean that I would not use them again. An acknowledgment of the issue with a small refund on the item or money off next orchid would have gone a long way.
