I ordered a beautiful orchid and chocolate gift box from Love Orchid in the UK for my daughter's birthday in London — I’m based in Israel. The delivery arrived right on time, and the courier was responsive and followed the delivery instructions perfectly. The orchid was in excellent condition upon arrival, and even now, two months later, it still looks great!My daughter loves following the company's recommendations on Instagram, and she’s really enjoying the plant. This was a very positive shopping experience — excellent service, fair price, and great quality. I highly recommend Love Orchid! 🌸
We received a wonderful Christmas surprise from a good friend in New Zealand, an orchid from Love Orchids complete with instructions. We followed all the instructions carefully. As time progressed the orchid began to drop its flowers until our orchid died less than eight weeks after we received it. I contacted the company only to be informed the order was outside of the company's guarantee period. We now have the unenviable task of informing our elderly friend in New Zealand who always asks about the plant's health, she will be devastated. We have successfully grown orchids over the years and this is our first casualty. In future we will always buy from a traditional street based florist, this will also save the excessive packaging required for an online purchase.
I ordered 6 twin stemmed orchids and was really delighted when I opened the box. Firstly they were packaged so well - no damage and, most of all, no dropped buds or broken stems which is always a worry.I grouped them together and they look really beautiful.I can only praise this company for the really healthy plants supplied and I will only ever buy orchids from them in the future.
I ordered an orchid for my orchid wedding anniversary so was an important gift. Unfortunately the plant was badly damaged and only had a few buds remaining. To their credit they reacted quickly to my complaint and sent a replacement. However, the ceramic pot on the replacement was broken into a number of pieces on arrival. In short, the gift and the occasion was ruined by a flawed model (either poor packing or courier services) so I cannot recommend this service for someone looking for a painless gifting experience.
Have just wasted 15 minutes trying to order orchids on line for my grandson's girlfriend. Had to keep re-entering details again and again as billing address different from delivery address. Wouldn't accept discount code. Kept changing method of delivery. And I am good at this stuff. Such a pity as I've heard the orchids are lovely.
I ordered a pale pink orchid and received a purple one, as this was a treat to myself I was excited when the parcel arrived looking forward to my birthday treat, and to find a PURPLE orchid ( I dislike purple intensely in anything) I was extremely upset. Informed the company when they emailed if I loved my orchid, told them and have not even received an apology. So much for my 84th birthday gift to myself. I have ordered a lot of orchids from this company, but never again, will now find another orchid company as I like to give orchids to my friends.
Absolutely wonderful experience arranging our wedding centrepieces with Love Orchids! Andy and Danielle went above and beyond to sort out a special request order for such an important day for us. The orchid arrangements that arrived are in perfect condition - they are breathtaking and we couldn’t be happier!
