I love orchids so was delighted when I found this company. I have now placed several orders. The orchids have come well packed and last for months and I still have several from previous years, so I have over 40.I would highly recommend this company. I am addicted! I love receiving them and feel the need to place an order. Thank you!
Very disappointed, the box was all split and very poorly packaging as not supported in box which was far too big for the product. Also all white flowers had been pressed against support sticks which were damaged and all black marks over flowers.Wish has read the other 17% that have given a rating of 1 and then would not have bothered wasting my money.VERY DISAPPOINTED!
DPD nominated delivery used to arrive as a gift for a 1st wedding anniversary.. 3 updates from DPD on delivery day, the final one at 19.57 on a Friday night saying delivery delayed and will be delivered on Monday. The present has not missed the occasion and unsure what condition it will now arrive in having been delayed (travelling to the destination depot, being there over the weekend having spent Friday on a van, not being delivered and then returning to depot. No telephone number to contact Love Orchids and no response from email. The late arrival is bad and then not knowing what condition it will be in when it arrives is not a good experience
I ordered 4 by twin-stemmed tall orchids. The package arrived this morning. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The orchids were well packed and in a much healthier condition than the orchids that we looked at earlier this week in a nearby nursery. Pleasingly all the orchids had flowers and buds so we should have a display for weeks to come. The orchids now have pride of place in our living room. Will most certainly order again.
I ordered the 5 mixed orchid collection, two plants were for gifts and 3 for me. They arrived quickly, extremely well packaged, and in perfect condition. There were three different purple/ mauve plants, one yellow, and one white.They were all lovely, and the white one has so many stems and flowers that I’m keeping it.I’ve ordered several collections of orchids for presents, as well as for me, over the past few years and they have all been perfect, and well received.Why send a bunch of flowers that will only last a couple of weeks, when an orchid will last so much longer?
Ordered 4 mini orchids. Arrived in poor condition. Clearly packaging had been thrown about in transit despite paying a whopping £7 delivery fee to ship not far from Hampshire to Kent. Petals broken off and loose pot filling in box. Packaging and shipping needs a major upgrade. If you're going to charge such high shipping fee's at least use a decent delivery company. After a week orchids starting to lean over despite a support stick and correct placement.

Delivered 17th January. Sent email to love orchids on 30th January discussing the issue with the orchid and including pictures of the problem. Would someone please answer my email. I'm concerned I spent alot of money for something of inferior quality and am being ignored.
I had a promlem with delivery,my order didn't turn up.I emailed Love Orchids,they sorted another order and redelivery for me,the next day.This company is amazing,so on the ball,so unbelievably helpful and understanding.The Orchids are beautiful,in excellent condition, amazingly packaged,arrive in the best condition,such a great price.I recommend Love Orchids to everyone I know! After ordering the Windsor pot of orchids and worrying that the plant would arrive in poor condition due to delay in delivery because of PO strike ,there was no need to worry because of the careful way it it was packed it was perfect and looks beautiful .My friend is highly delighted with her gift .
