As a returning student from my academy, I'm excited to be interning this summer at a major financial institution in London within the Sales & Trading division. I want to share some insights from last summer that have enriched my experience and added value. If you check my previous comments, you'll see how this internship has shaped my understanding. I was guided by excellent mentors during my time there, which gave me a solid foundation in technical knowledge—staying updated with market news, learning arbitrage strategies, trading Forex and Equities, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the markets! This knowledge proved essential when I started trading with real capital. After the internship, I applied to other prominent investment firms, and the application process was seamless. During the final assessment, the interviewer asked about my passion for trading, and I was able to share my experiences in the Forex market and on a trading floor. As an engineering student, I feel these experiences have truly distinguished me and highlighted my genuine interest in sales & trading.

This knowledge proved invaluable when I began trading with real capital. After my internship, I applied to other leading investment banks, and the process was smooth. During the final assessment, I discussed my passion for trading, drawing from my Forex market experiences. As an engineering student, I feel these experiences have truly highlighted my interest in sales & trading.
I completed a twelve-week online course focused on Stocks & Shares. Initially, I was hesitant to trade due to fears of losing money, but now I can do it confidently. The course is comprehensive, providing a lot of valuable information. I managed to complete it while working full-time, which was challenging but rewarding. The teaching approach is effective, and the instructors are dedicated to all students, even if sessions run late. I highly recommend this program as they genuinely want you to succeed. Two months post-course, I'm still in touch with them; they are fantastic people.
