I received and email on 11/21/2024 from LTC Casino telling me they added a bonus to my account. And I had 2 days to claim it before it would expire and they would remove it. I didn’t see the email until 11/22/2024. When I signed on to my account there was no bonus available for me to accept. I then went under previous bonuses and I seen where a Black Friday Bonus of 1 LTC was canceled by them. Even on the details it states that I had till the 11/24/2024 to claim it. So I reached out to support asking them that I was told I had a bonus but I can’t locate it. That’s when they told me that there was an issue with the bonus and they canceled it. That at some point they will send out another. They were very short and when I asked what was the issue with the bonus he then ended the chat rudely. I truly think they are trying to short me out a bonus because I stopped playing there as much because their support team is very rude. I feel as if they only wanted certain players to have this bonus. And I was not one of them. And that If they found an issue with this bonus. That they would have sent another email stating to disregard the previous email of a bonus. Explaining that there was an issue with the bonus and we will be releasing another soon. It’s also not their first rodeo with given players a bonus. And that a company always checks and double checks the bonus well before even writing up an email promoting this bonus. And any time someone just rudely ends a chat it automatically makes me think they are in the wrong and trying to avoid the situation. I have screenshots of the conversations as well as the email sent from them.
