My experience with trustpilot has been a true trustful relationship. The team has been so understanding and wonderful that I had to end my membership due to financial reasons.. and we’re kind and generous about canceling my membership. However!! I will be back!! and the games I have received have been an absolute hit at game night with friends! These games have brought more memories more laughs, and more fun to our nights! The group of friends I play with are in the range of 30 to 50 years old and we all have a blast with these games! I highly recommend bringing more laughter and fun to your game nights.

Got this for my grandkids and a relative of there’s had a stroke and we realized it would be good for her to play with us. IT WORKED! , she got to have fun too with us , and it helped her .We told her physical therapists and the said they were going to get it and use it for ther patients . ITS AWESOME ! FUN ! Just all around perfect .!

Frustrating Subscription Experience

My mother bought a game from a service, and now she keeps receiving games in the mail. While managing her finances, I found out she's been enrolled in a subscription she never wanted, and there's no clear way to cancel it on their website. Calling customer support leads to a voicemail instructing you to visit their site, where, as mentioned, there's no option to log in or manage the subscription. I've sent an email and canceled her PayPal auto-pay to this service.

Exceptional Customer Support for Order Issues

I encountered a significant issue with my order, particularly regarding the charges on my credit card. The customer service team collaborated with me and kept me informed until everything was resolved. While I still need to monitor my credit card to ensure the charges are accurate, I believe it won’t be a problem. I was genuinely impressed by the amount of time and effort they dedicated to resolving my issue, and the frequent updates kept me in the loop. I would certainly consider ordering from them again.

The staff is very focused on customer satisfaction.And they are friendly and very informative. There are a series of products is outstanding. The products pretty much sell themselves and their customer interaction is just the cherry on top of the sundae.

My experience was a breath of fresh…

My experience was a breath of fresh air, compared to other experiences I’ve had. Your customer service representative, Bernadette, was so kind, respectful and supportive. I felt heard, understood and that she and this company would do anything in their power to help me get the games I paid for, for my grandchildren in time for their visit. In short, I paid for the games and realized too late to see my auto generated address was one I had two years ago. I called back and received a message from Bernadette. She stated, that this was ver fixable. She acted like nothing was too big or small that couldn’t be handle on her end. But it was too late the package was sent already in route to the old address. She quickly sent out a new package to the new address, but this time it was delivered to the wrong space in the park I live at. Bernadette, told her I have been waiting an additional week from when it was listed as delivered, and that I still did not receive it. She sent back a picture confirmation of its delivery. I took that info and went to that location, they were not home, so I went to the manager to voice my concerns and quickly got the package back within an hour with no issues. I played the games today to see it and understand it before I play with my kiddos. I love them. Very inactive. I think this will be so much fun for the kiddos. And a wonderful way to keep the TV watching to a minimum and engaging more as a family. Thank you so much for offering a wonderful product to get our kids more engaged in family time. I will continue to look for new products from your company. Blessing to you all. I would really like to recommend Bernadette for a pay increase please. She is such an asset to your company and should be compensated more, as this is a really tough job on most days I’m sure. Thank you. Rita R.

Incredible imaginative games!

I am impressed with the quality of the games, even more so with how unusually imaginative they are. As a retired early childhood educator and literacy teacher, l have seen hundreds of games. I have never enjoyed playing a game as much as l enjoyed playing Topple Toads with my 4 year old granddaughter. The addition of a water element is pure genius. Keep up the good work!

The two games we got were fun!🤩. I purchased them to help keep my senior mom and aunts brain active. I didn’t realize it helped me too. Brought out my competitive spirit in a fun way. We started on Level 1 and then went to level two. Now we will progress.
