have spent time to pass tasks, when I want to try recording my face, I have been kicked out and when I tried to login back to Testerup app its come up error, not available in my region, but I am from UK . CONTACTED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SINCE TODAY NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!
One of slowest payouts i have ever known. You never know why people need the money and im guessing for most its extra cash but for some they will do it because they genuinely need the money to survive. We have been waiting longer than ever this time.
I want my money today. Its 2 stars for now. But certainly wont be if this carries on. Keeping people's money is ridiculous. You clearly gain from it. Customer service is awful they never reply.

I have been a loyal user of Testerup and spent months completing various games like Hole People. I earned a legitimate balance of over $700. However, the moment I requested a payout, my account was suspended without any specific reason.
I have contacted support multiple times, but they only send automated, "copy-paste" responses refusing to show any proof of violation. It is clear that Testerup intentionally flags high-earning accounts to avoid paying out. I have officially filed a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and econsumer.gov regarding Testerup's fraudulent practices（Ref# 198397549) and (Ref # 198396687).". STAY AWAY IF YOU PLAN ON ACTUALLY GETTING PAID.

Their support team just makes excuses about 'escalations' to waste time. On February 17, they told me to wait 5 days, but then blocked my access again.

I've made a fair amount of money on here on a few of the games. Yahtzee made me something like £40. Monopoly go and animals and coins got me around a tenner each.
However a fair amount of the games are silly low amounts such as 5-10p per 10 levels. Just be aware of what you need to do and the timeframe, before you sign up to a game!

Testerup a very frivolous application when you reach a higher value goal. this is the 3rd game that does this to me and they don't want to give me my money for completed levels
the installation of the game puzzles chaos was done on 24/25.12.2025 for Christmas. on 7.01.2025 I completed level 17 and on 23.01 I bought the offers for which I received cashback. this game had a validity of 40 days. so if we put from December 20 the game was valid until January 28 exactly 40 days. and I gave a message about this game that I did not receive the prizes on January 23 during which I had already waited a week (so I completed levels 22 and 25 somewhere until January 20) so around 32 days.they don't want to release my winnings, they always say I exceeded the limit but it's all false. I have proof. when you reach higher winnings the tracking stops working even if you are in the valid period. I've been asking them for a month to release my winnings with proof and they don't respond and when they do, they don't give you a concrete answer.
The app is fantastic just made my first payout. The game selection is good and the tasks are a mix of some easy and some a little more of a challenge. Would be perfect if theere was a way to skip game offers that you can't do (eg. already owned/ played)
To be honest I was very sceptical regarding withdrawal of funds. With a lot of reports saying that even though adverts show minimum cash out threshold of £25 it is actually £70 before you can cash out. This is not correct I just withdrew £26 for my first withdrawal. A little worried when facial recognition didn't work but once that was sorted only took 3 days for funds to drop into PayPal. I will now continue to play the games and build up my wallet.
Someone recommended Testerup so I tried it. I enjoy the games I play. And some I just delete as they aren't that fun. Its been enjoyable and the first payout went smooth. I am exited to see how I will do at the end of the year.
