I've now waited nearly three weeks for an order. It was not delivered on the stated day, they do not reply to customer service emails and they do not answer the phone.

Quality Plant and Service

You can only review on your own experience, and mine is excellent. I tried to buy a Mdme Alfred Carriere climbing rose in the UK but none were available, wrong season apparently. Despite reading varied reviews, i decided to buy from Lubera, and so pleased I did. The plant size was larger than the UK and even with delivery was very competitively priced. It arrived today after 9 days with good information on dispatch and progress, and impressive considering dispatch was Switzerland. The icing on the cake is the condition, a good 6L pot size rose with plenty of new growth, 3 perfect condition blooms and so well packed not one part was damaged, well done Lubera. Highly recommended.

I purchased two WOWBiskus

I purchased two WOWBiskus - Luna white for a total price of £37.80. and they were delivered around the 21/02/18. They were obviously in the dormant state, so I kept them frost free until the risk of frost had passed. I then took them out during the day to harden off. After about a few days I planted them. Not one sign of growth has ever appeared - these are dead. I e:mailed my complaint on the 21/06/18 and chased a response on the 25/06/18.No reply. I have phoned many many many times, at different times of the day, all during the advertised business hours. No one answers. I completed an online contact form yesterday 26/06/18. I can not rate their customer services because I'm not sure that it exists. Be warned. Dave.Recently had communication saying that the lady had been on holiday for 14 days. The replacement plants arrived today and are great, so I have amended my review. Maybe getting an answer machine with a message might be an idea.

Very impressed

Ordered raspberry Sanibelle (in 1.3L pots), costly but reputedly this variety has good resistance against phytophthera root rot. I was nervous about how long delivery from Germany would take and what damage might occur in transit, but in fact after dispatch on Friday I had them by Monday lunchtime (via DPD), in well-designed packaging so the plants were completely undamaged. Excellent email communications from Lubera at all stages kept me informed. The plants are still dormant but look well-established and ready to get going. I haven't bought from Lubera before, but was favourably impressed.Additional comments in March 2022 (4 years later): The Sanibelle raspberries have not suffered from root rot, in a location where it has affected other varieties, they have been vigorous and healthy, and they have produced large crops of first-rate fruit every summer. Thank you. I would have bought more, but the price had gone up so much. Nevertheless, I do recommend them to anyone who has a root-rot problem with their raspberries.

Would not recommend this company

Would not recommend this company. Bought 2 fruit trees, one of which died. They insisted that it had been attacked by rabbits. Absolutely no evidence of rabbits attacking the tree and never had rabbits in our fruit and vegetable garden. Our experience of this company is that they will happily take your money but are determined not to refund . Read their get-out clause . We have contacted the Swiss Consumer Agency for further advice.

I am very impressed with this company

I am very impressed with this company. Normally only selling to the UK, (on the website), I was told shipping to Ireland was no problem at no extra fee.Fast and extremely well packaged. Good prices and service.A very entertaining you-tube channel too, where one can sense their pride in a quality products.I think this is the first unsolicited review, I have ever written, this is how impressed I am.

Poor service

I ordered trees from them and they were poorly trained. I wrote to complain and it took them a week to reply only to say that they think they are fine and I could return them at my cost. Poor plants, expensive for what they are and very poor customer service
