Disappointed with the results

I purchased six packs hoping it would work for me. Unfortunately, after following the directions for 60 consecutive days, I saw no results. I reached out to the company to return four unopened packets for a refund but received no response for over a week. I then sought my refund through a payment service, providing proof of my ignored requests for a refund. Eventually, they emailed me back with return instructions, which I followed. They confirmed receipt and stated I would receive my refund in 10-14 business days. After three weeks, I still had no refund. After sending more emails, I was informed it would take another 2-3 weeks for the billing department to respond. I called customer service, where a representative with limited English informed me my case was sent to a manager. I expressed my frustration and promised to share my experience on social media. Another unhappy customer here.

Effective and easy to take
