Just finishing my first box tonight and finding a noticeable difference in feeling more moist and less soreness. I also bought the moisturizing cream because I’m more sore outside my vagina and get tears in that delicate skin area. Hoping it will heal this damaged skin and prevent future tearing and soreness. Fast shipping as well, only 3 days to deliver.
I began taking Lubracil in November 2023. Until then, I was sure my dryness was just me.I then saw a video from them explaining my exact pain. Did my ingredient research, and bought a boxI continued taking it and after the first 2 months I am here to stay and I will continue taking this product!!! I;m able to have pain free sex once again.Also, I am 65 and a real person.
These four stars are generous, but I believe in the product, and customer service quickly resolved my lost shipment. I do feel a difference after a week, more present and comfortable in my body. I look forward to seeing how I feel after using the supplement for the recommended number of weeks.
I ordered Lubracil and before the item arrived I found out that due to a medical condition, I could not take it. I contacted support via phonoe and tried to stop the order. It had already shipped and could not be stopped. Mari from customer support processed a refund for me and said I could give the product to a friend to try. Excellent customer service. I only wish I could have tried the product! I'm looking to see what else I can take.
Do NOT ORDER this product!! They will reel you in with shipments you didn't want, didn't order and don't need. Try to send them back? NO WAY! I am 75 years old - yet now I have about 8 products for Menopause - which I went through 25 years ago. And guess what? More is on the way! I have cancelled my subscription, but my total owed is $400!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Customer Service is so bad, I wouldn't buy from them even if the products were amazing. They sent 2 "free" products with first order and automatically enrolled those products in auto-ship that can't be returned or refunded. I returned the other product through the correct channels with an RMA number and 3 weeks after they received it, still no refund despite several emails saying they will issue it as soon as "inspected." Package was never opened. Received a reply to this review asking me to email support. I now emailed support TWELVE times. How about looking at the emails I have already sent, providing tracking showing you have had it since Oct. 27 and issue a refund!
