We purchased a new bed after being helped greatly by Marie. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to decide which bed would be best for us. Marie gave us plenty of time to try different beds and gave us really useful information and advice on caring for our new bed. She made the experience enjoyable and we came away feeling that we had ordered the right bed for us.
I would definitely recommend Lucas, and Marie, to others.

The store is well layed out with great room settings, Des made choosing my replacement Streeless recliner easy, he was very knowledgeable on the various options and made the whole process of ordering very straight forward.

I had a quote for a similar setup from fish-pools who refused to be flexible on a price in any way and Lucas offered a 10% escalating reduction the more you spent and offered free delivery.
Bed range was excellent a Marie was helpful without being pushy, coming back to us giving us time to think whilst she was also fielding inquiries from about ten other members of public.
