The ordering process was smooth, I received tracking details right away, and delivery to France was quicker than I expected. The clock itself looks stunning in person – solid build, precise detailing, and the sweeping second hand runs silently, which was important to me.Customer service was also responsive when I had a small question before purchasing, and they answered promptly and politely. I ordered a clock. It arrived on time and was well packaged. However, it clearly sustained an impact in transit as one of hands had becomer detached. I immediately sent an email, with pictures, showing the damage. A replacement was sent immediately. I received it today and all is well! I really appreciated the quick response and rectification. Would be happy to do business with them again.
Scam company! Bought the Rolex design with beveled bezel and cyclops date window. A week later they said that design was out of stock but they could send me a plain chrome case/no date window for same price. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. When I enquired three days later about the refund I was told the replacement clock was already on the way. When replacement arrived it did not even work unless you want it to be 06:00 something all the time.
My over all opinion on this clock is this seller has absolutely nailed it. Any Rolex enthusiast should really go for one from this seller, or if your other half is a Rolex collector or enthusiast this would probably make the best Christmas present. I bought the submariner and against the watch it's absolutely on point, even down to the automatic movement. Superb quality, absolutely stunning clock 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From ordering the clock to delivery the process was straight forward and easy. I was able to track the clock from The Country of origin to my house. The clock is well made and delightful on the wall in my bedroom. I particularly love the sweeping second hand which is like a Rolex watch and the absence of ticking noise is welcome especially during night time
