Sublime. An intimate, beautifully performed experience made even more magical by the warm glow of candlelight throughout the sanctuary. From acoustics to atmosphere, every detail was lovely. Staff was thoughtful and accommodating; website easy to navigate.
We couldn't make the earlier booked sitting that we had booked due to life getting in the way but they were so accommodating and moved us to next sitting. So pleased they did, it was amazing. So much talent within the musicians. Everybody was just so friendly and it was a fantastic evening.
The event announcement indicated the concert started at 9 pm so we showed up at 8:40. (I have multiple screenshots showing 9 pm) Turns out the concert was 8-9, so it ended at 9. Very confusing and the people that worked the door admitted the website was confusing and we weren’t the only ticket holders to make this mistake. They suggested I contact customer service. I sent an email to the indicated customer service email which bounced. They don’t have a customer service phone number. This is a scam.
This Saturday, my family and I attended a stunning Andrea Bocelli themed opera night by candlelight at St Mary’s Church in Horsham. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the musicians delivered an outstanding performance. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who appreciates live music!
I attended a recent performance in Bramhall and found the ticket prices to be quite high for a show that only lasts an hour. Fortunately, we had bronze seats; had I paid more, my overall impression would have been significantly lower. The performance was decent, but the piece "Experience" definitely needed improvement as it was quite off-key. I appreciate the efforts of the company, but there is considerable room for improvement to make it worth attending again.
The setting was lovely, and the musicians clearly skilled, but what was marketed as a "Classical Christmas Candlelight Experience" turned out to be just the soundtrack from a popular movie. It didn't feel classically festive at all. All three of us felt let down, and had we known this in the promotional material when booking, we likely wouldn't have attended.
Absolutely outstanding! I was looking to purchase tickets for the candlelight Vivaldi Christmas concert. Unfortunately, all the disabled tickets were sold out, which was quite disappointing as I use a wheelchair. I ended up buying two bronze tickets and reached out to the support team directly. They responded incredibly quickly and informed me that they had liaised with the event organizers to ensure that my wheelchair and carer would be accommodated. Five stars all around. They showed great care and understanding regarding my situation.
The recorded music before the main event turned out to be the highlight of the evening. I can't quite express how underwhelming the experience was overall. It bore no resemblance to the promotional material; I anticipated a heartfelt experience that would immerse me in the holiday spirit, but instead, I felt quite the opposite. I left feeling cheated and disheartened. Even from our seats near the front, we struggled to hear what was being said. The presentation lacked professionalism; it seemed hastily put together. Furthermore, attendees should be prohibited from using their phones during the performance; constant flashes and screen lights were quite distracting. I wouldn't recommend this event to anyone. This particular occasion took place at a local church in December 2025.
This was truly the best concert I have ever attended. When I expressed my gratitude to the performers afterward, they were all incredibly polite and respectful to both me and my lovely mother. Their playing was exceptional, especially the violin and cello, which sounded remarkably authentic. I am eagerly anticipating their next concert and might even start planning for it in advance because it was absolutely amazing. I will certainly make it a point to see them again, and that’s why I awarded them five stars.
