We have purchased serval items from Tiny Land and have been satisfied with every one. The customer service is wonderful and responsive to any questions I had. Anne in customer service followed up with me constantly, including when she didn’t hear back from me. As a mother of two, that was so helpful! Overall, my experience with them has been nothing short of amazing.
The train table I ordered a while ago appeared to be fantastic, but I never got a delivery notification. It was left outside in the rain overnight, and several pieces were damaged. They promised to send replacement parts. I had high hopes for this company! I was given an order number and told it would ship by mid-December. I reached out this week since I haven't seen a shipping notification. I understand it’s a busy season and was worried it might have been overlooked. Like others have mentioned recently, I haven't received any reply.
The easy of putting together this kitchen was surprising. I am normally good at even figuring out directions, but these were above and beyond easy to follow. It took time due to the amount of parts. The packaging of the screws made it super convenient too. I usually get several small bowls to contain the pieces, but I didn't have to use them. I just peeled the cardboard for exactly what I needed. Thank you!
