Pleasantly surprised! *Update 1* They have been delaying the withdrawal and blaming my bank for “denying the transaction,” although my bank confirmed there was no record of a payment attempt to my card. I'm beginning to doubt I will see my funds. Initially, this was a 1-star review. They have denied my withdrawal request four times now, each time citing different verification requirements. The latest was after 48 hours, asking me to verify my email (despite my KYC being complete). This is causing me anxiety, and I hope they will process my funds. I'll update this review once the withdrawal issue is resolved, as it is actually a well-rounded casino with an easy-to-use interface.
I requested to self-exclude five times, but my requests were ignored. I've lost 650 euros, and my account is still active despite clearly stating my addiction. They refuse to refund my money or close my account. Avoid this place! Update: They finally closed my account but did not return any of my deposits, even though this was after I mentioned my addiction and requested closure five times.
