Horrible horrible horrible. They will make you go through so many hoops and sending of information, verifying cards when i really think they are stealing our information all to have to wait weeks if not longer to cashout if you ever cashout. Every rep says something different like they arent looking at the same screen of information. Complete scammers obtaining photos of your cards and asking for you crypto address through email with no confirmation email. just sending it to whoever.
HELP!!! I signed on and accepted a free spin and ended up having to deposit. I am having hard time verifying because they say I didnt Deposit last night or ever and that i have multiple bonus plays so my $2207.35 will not be able to be redeemed. Why do they extend the playthrough balance with $ then after you meet it it goes to 0 if we arent eligible supposedly ? Why do they let us have SC instead of GC if we arent eligible? I am disputing all because I know I put money on but for some reason it isnt showing yet . I played alllll night long and so sick because this gonna lead me into a dark place I am wanting to know who all has information on this establishment so that I can add it to my long list of daily complaints to make. I have plenty of time to do this now that I am stuck indoors for next 6 months. If I stay on top of this will they pay. I am waiting on my approval . I feel like they want to much private information and am curious if this is just a wealthy front? Do they take the playthrough and the winnings with our Drivers License and go redeem theirselves? Do they scam us by doing fraudulent activities with our license ? This is horrible but the customer service chat line wasnt disrespectful as expected but hey who would be if they knew they just got my 2207 or someone elses multiple times a day (allegedally) If I am wrong I swear I will come back and apologize but I am not hopeful. Being a retired fraud skip tracer I am literally sick. I thought I did the right digging but apparently i have been slipping. I will write and write every board, the FTC, my congress local and state, I will skip this company owners and companies down and promise to reach out to attorney general, BBB, local authrorities, and online gaming officials in that area. I am just sick i really thought they would be my mirackle out of my dangerous and scary situation. Losing my mother , my husband and now trying to take care of daughter, and her kids while unable to work.... Cant help but cry to know I possibly have been scammed and now my grandkids, daughter and myself will lose our home unless I find another miracle that isnt really a nightmare.
This is complete BS! Do not waste your time or money. I received an email with free spins. I was at $55 and hit a $75 win. After 2 $.5 spins my balance went to $50. I consulted an agent who informed me I went through "balance conversion". This is supposed to be where "bonus funds" convert to real money. Ok great so now I can withdraw right? Nope! Since I didn't deposit between my sign up bonus and the emailed coupon I was ineligible. I asked several questions and something that stuck out was when the agent said some people play for fun. So why the "balance conversion"? What was converted to what? If it was for fun then why did you take the $75. Basically no matter what you do you won't be paid out. Caveat emptor! SCAM!!!

So they have held my last $2500 in pending status since April and blocked me from all the coupons. I used to get VIP service with excellent coupons. Now I am demoted and treated terribly.
