Well I would have given them 0 stars but that's not possible. The reason for this has nothing to do with the game play or choices you have for game play that is great. The reason for the 0 rating is because they can and will refuse to pay out winnings if you are lucky enough to actually win anything from Lucky legends. They were forwarded everything they requested for them to make the payout. Still they refuse to pay in any way that is open to them . They just flat out refuse to pay in and way shape or form. Do as you will but my advise to all of you is ,, if you are going to invest any money with hopes of winning anything please find a reputable casino to do this. Lucky legends casino is NOT one of those I have been trying to collect 1000.00 dollar that I have won there for a period of agr least 3 months. I was really happy with this place but just now i had a problem where i got kiked out from trex in which i had over 100 dlrs and when i logged back in it was gone so i went to customer service only to be told that they only showed that i started with a coupon of 33 dlre and they couldnt do snything about it so i decided to put it on here and warn people
I deposited 80 to get 300 percent no rules no playthrough. I gotvthriugh the pkaythrough of 1x. I wasn't able to play blackjack at all during the 1x playthrough. It woukd say due to reasons this game is excluded. Then when my playthrough was over their software let me play blackjack. I won 800 bux. I went to cashout they said I violated their terms by playing a game I wasn't supposed to so their software wouldn't let me play it while I had playthrough left. .but after the playthrough requirements had been met I tried again. Then it let me. Well that's what they said I did violated their terms. Personally if your in a casino they will take your money any way you give it to them. getting the same run around as everyone else seems to be getting, did a deposit and won 394.50. requested a withdrawal and waited 3 days went by and i went to live chat and they said it was approved and set for payout, 2 days later still nothing so i go back to live chat and they tell me withdrawal is pending waiting for approval and gonna be 3 to 7 days before thats done, they cant even get their lies right and tell ya different stories every time you talk to them. do not use this site.
