First time user. Made a deposit for the 200x bonus match, "no strings". Advertised as no withdrawal restrictions and no playthrough. That was not the case, the playthrough was the bonus amount, and a minimum of $100 to withdraw. Support directly lied to me about this before I made my deposit. The funds were never pulled from my account so I requested the deposit be cancelled. My account was then closed, no explanation besides them stating its been closed and chats ended. Now they won't communicate with me at all, instead when they "review" my account, I get the same account closure message and chat ended by support. This is a total scam, the whole thing, start to finish. If my account gets charged.....I'll be filing a dispute and a police report with your support teams lovely chats as proof. The amount of money is honestly miniscule but you wasted so much of my time just looping me in circles.
Everything was great....until time to pay out. I get confirmation and a 24 hour wait time. Just to find out after 24 hours that they've decided to put on the calendar I get paid in 4 days. It's $80. With no explanation as to why and no number to call

So when I got an email from lucky legends saying hey here's a $35 chip for you I took it. Now I play enough to know there is some kind of play through and even possibly a max cash out. I got at it played with the free $35 for a few days and had gotten up to around $100, at this time I decided to check the status of my account and see how much I had to play through to free up a deposit. My account said play through was zero and the amount in my wallet was withdrawalable. I know to with draw I'm going to have to go through a whole ordeal of verification so I decided not yet, plus it's only $100 if I withdraw what will I play with?. So I went back at it and got up to $300 back down to $100 up back to $300 and then down to about $60 then I hit for like $460. I now have more than $500 in my wallet and it says I can withdraw it. How awesome!! Right?? So I go and tell my wife, she is excited so I begin the withdraw process. Just like I thought there was a verification process you know take a selfie get pic of my ID and then they want me to deposit $10 in Litecoin so they can verify my wallet. I don't have a Litecoin wallet... No problem I have PayPal I'll just make one real fast and send them their $10 to verify. So I do just that. Wow!! Everything is going so smooth I the site informed that it was a success I've been verified go head and make your withdraw. Awesome I love it when these sites are legit I just found a new site to play on sweet!! So I get an email from PayPal saying you've received a deposit. Awesome!! Woo hoo here's my winnings sweet! I open up PayPal and wouldn't you know the deposited back my $10 I deposited so I'm thinking cool the rest is coming I mean they showed a message on their screen saying "congratulations you winnings are on the way". Now I only withdrew $450 so I still have like $50 to play that's cool I'll play while I wait for the transfer... I go to play and it shows my account at zero!! What? It was just showing $50... I think hmm let me check transactions and I see my withdraw accepted then canceled by manager. Hmm oh not worry I see a with made by manager for a little less than what I withdrew... Ok they must be taking back their free coin they gave me, whatever that's fair I guess. I see also a manager withdraw for the remainder that was left in my account .. hmm that's strange why send me that too when I didn't ask for it I wanted to keep playing. Oh well no worries when I comes I'll just deposit again since this site is so legit right? WRONG!!! It never came they kept it all without any explanation like I said even dipped back in and took what was left in my account. This site is bogus please do not waste your time or money on this site they are a scam. There is to many good sites out there to play on sites that are unethical. BEWARE of lucky legends that are a scam!!!!
