I requested a withdrawal of $1.200 on Oct 28 and it was finally approved and sent to be paid on Nov 20 and still no money sent and I keep getting told it's being processed. It's taking longer to pay out than they claim on the site it will take and tell me it's the payment processors fault so maybe they should get a different processor for the sake of customer service and satisfaction.
I have seen complaints since i started playing their games but i never had real issue..when you win and you wait for the redemptions to be viewed and released times very from ten mins to days and the longer it takes the more weary i get to not invest any more money. When you send a message on the game through chat they never respond..then the emails never respond until today saying the email address is for tech issues only..well why on the email from their company is the email address saying send them email for nay further concerns. I love the games but customers need to be treated with the respect of communication at the least
If I could give this casino zero stars, I absolutely would they are a joke. As soon as you hit your play through bonus criteria, it just takes. all the money you thought you won back and call it a bonus coupon reversal I had over $1000 they took 900 and said that it was a none withdrawal amount it’s infuriating and disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. I have been playing for three years in this casino every time I wanted to withdraw my funds the casino refused to pay them. This is a large network called inclave. If you want to lose your money, do it in another casino, where at least there is a chance to withdraw the winnings
I won $2500 Aug 30 and it took then until 10/4 to pay. I had to email them 10x and go on the live chat and verify my info 3 different times to finally get paid. I won't risk another dime playing there again. If they owe you money, just keep pestering them until they pay.
This is on my phone. I have already gotten one payout deposited into my PayPal account. It was so quick. In less than 24 hours it was deposited after going through the KYC process, which was one of the easiest and quickest KYC's I've had to do. After the KYC, I made the cash out request and within about 10 hours the money was in my paypal. I've already done a second payout request, I'm expecting it to be deposited this afternoon.
