Cheaters.. when u initiate the transfer different high rates appears but actually when u recieve the amount it is less than the rate advised.. third class even more worse no one is responding to emails or what's app... Highly not recommended

I want to share my wonderful experience during my visit to the local branch. On December 17, my birthday, I completely forgot about it. While processing my transaction, the staff member wished me well, and another person (whose name I forgot) surprised me with a birthday card and warm wishes. I want to report an issue regarding my card recharge of 200 AED processed through the app on 7.08.2025. The amount has been deducted from my account, but it hasn't been credited to my card and is still marked as pending in the app. Despite reaching out to customer service, the issue remains unresolved. I kindly request either the processing of the recharge or a refund. As of now, the issue is still pending, leaving me very disappointed.
