This company is a scam. It is hidden within their terms of agreement that buying one thing means you agree to automatic monthly shipments. You do actually get what you are ordering....but on a recurring basis woth seemingly no way to cancel. I have requested over and over and over again to cancel and they so not help. The only way to cancel is to email them. They only responded onw time asking for my shipping address in order to cancel (they shpuld have that woth my email address). All other emails go unanswered.

I TRIED TO CANCEL IT AND HAVE NOW EMAILED FIVE TIMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE SO FAR ! I AM NOW BEGINNING TO WONDER IF THE PRODUCT IS A SCAM TOO. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed my order on 2/7. It is now 3/2. My product never arrived and shipping information has never been updated. Customer service responded to my first two emails, but have not replied to the last two which were 8 days apart. I will never order from this company again and now need to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Shame on them.

I waited a long time to get this product and I’m sorry that it arrived. I would not have ordered it if I had known the source. I paid $75 for very little product. I was not aware that you had to cancel a subscription and a notice came saying my order was coming- 2 days before it was being shipped! A very poor policy- trying to get orders this way!

I’m having issues with placed order and paid didn’t see where it said I wS subscribing, sent email and cancelled the subscription but still awaits on product I ordered is this a real place or is it a scam , I’ve just sent a 3 rd email to them asking where is my order and getting no replies . Customer service isn’t high on their priority list.

Scammers.zero stars is more appropriate. I ordered the part, received a tracking number, and my package arrived. Upon opening it, it was for 3 packets of antibacterial shower towels, whatever that is. I immediately reached out to them, and they asked for photos of the items I received which I sent right away. After this they never communicated to send me the aged garlic I ordered,they never adknowledged the photos I sent, and they never would reply back. I had PURPOSELY selected no subscription, yet that is what I got. I was sent a notice they couldn’t charge my card and to update my card. I had already contacted my bank to file a dispute because I paid for some towels I never ordered. I also stopped payment at the same time in case they tried to charge me again. Which they did and still continue to this day. In the bank dispute they actually tried to blame the USPS for not delivering my product. False. I received the WRONG PRODUCT. It was never the USPS fault. People like this have their day coming. They are scammers, and God sees everything.

I had order a three month supply of the aged garlic product,it arrived in a timely manner.less than 3 weeks in I received a notification that my order was about to ship not knowing I had pick a auto order status.I said to myself here we go bracing for the all familiar run around.I sent an email to customer service,asking them to stop the shipment which they did in one day and took me off auto shipment. I’m hoping the product will work for me.I have a good feeling about what has happened so I will look at other products they have.Because of the customer care team all should know they do deliver.

I ordered a 3 month supply, and my bank account was immediately charged. I never even received a real tracking number, it just said this order does not exist. I requested a refund multiple times and they ignored me so I had my bank cancel the charge and reported fraud. Do not buy any thing from this “company” it’s fake and they will steal your money.
