I really like their dark circle defense, I think it works really well. Usually a little pricey, but got on sale at Christmas for half off! Had an issue with some product/container and they were super quick to send me new ones. And they gave me a discount on my next purchase as well to make up for it! Very satisfied.
My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. I’m located in the UK and opted for their expedited shipping, which was promised to arrive within 24 hours via a major postal service. After waiting a week with no updates, I requested a refund but received a delayed response stating that shipping fees are non-refundable. The representative then offered to send a replacement at no cost, but I’m still waiting. I initially believed this company was trustworthy and considered investing, but that perception has changed drastically.

I actually created a video for those that don't believe. I've had new growth in just 4 DAYS. THE HEALTHIER PARTS OF MY SCALP IS GROWING QUICKER. While my areas of my scalp that have issues ARE growing, a little slower. I can measure the growth easily after relaxing my hair about 6 weeks ago. I've tried minoxidil, herbals like essence of Didi and Botana Oil.🙏🏾I'll check back with you all in 7 days, I'm giddy in my anticipation.
So I haven't even made another order with them but they have taken another £78 out of my bank account without my say so.....Do not buy this it is a scam you can't cancel, if you try they will charge you for cancelling when you haven't even made an order.
