The company does not honor its sales. All of my items were supposed to be 50% off, but they weren't. I reached out through social media before making my purchase and received no response. I noticed that my items were almost sold out, so I decided to buy them anyway. I contacted the support team immediately, only to be told that nothing could be done. This is poor business practice, and I will not make another purchase from this service.
Initially, I was really looking forward to using this product, but my enthusiasm is quickly diminishing as I still haven't received it. Having worked in retail, I understand the challenges of holiday orders. I placed my order on December 11th, and it only reached the local USPS facility on December 16th, despite this being a company based in New Jersey. Now, on December 21st, it's still stuck at the USPS facility in Avenel, NJ. I reside in Louisiana and have a Christmas party to attend out of town on Christmas Day. This is my first experience with this brand, and I was eager to showcase my new product. At this rate, it seems unlikely I will receive it before my trip, which is incredibly disappointing. It's been 10 days with no updates.
UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE - ZERO STARS!
My order never arrived and was never even shipped. According to the tracking system, my package was never received by the carrier. I've reached out to the support team multiple times to resolve this and obtain a full refund, but I have yet to receive any response or my money back. It's disheartening, especially as a supporter of businesses owned by people of color. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation has been managed. I made my payment over a week ago and still have received nothing or any updates. I was hoping to have my items in time for the holidays as gifts for my loved ones. If this were a different company, I believe the issue would have been addressed promptly. Is this a matter of indifference towards loyal customers?
My experience with Juvias Place this time around has been a positive one. I was finally able to purchase my favorite liquid matte lipstick, Lulu. The company was out of the lipstick far too long! It was not available online nor was it available in stores! This should "never" happen again with any product!
Product was amazing! Paid extra for 24hr delivery or next day delivery whatever it was and it came 2-3 days after…should’ve just paid for regular delivery. Overall great product love the color match, consistency and coverage! 10/10 would recommend!
