I updated my previous 1-star review because the support team was helpful in resolving my issue. My prescription contacts arrived incorrectly labeled, but after contacting the company, they confirmed the error and offered a new pair plus an additional free one. I opted for a refund instead, as I needed them for Halloween. The response time is a bit slow, but they assist if you're patient. The style of the contacts is great and as pictured. However, due to the initial error, I can't fully trust their packaging at times.
I had a horrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong lenses and then claimed they were out of the correct ones, refusing to refund me for something I never received. The customer service was unhelpful, and I had to initiate a fraud investigation with my bank to recover my funds. They are not trustworthy and should be scrutinized.
Order was shipped in a timely manner, and the product and accessories are great. Unfortunately their customer service is non existent - I've emailed several times with a return request, messaged on two social media platforms, and haven't received the courtesy of a response anywhere for three weeks. All positive reviews appear be sponsored.
