I ordered two pairs of contact lenses for $45 each. After weeks without any tracking information, I tried to contact customer support via their provided email but received no response. I sent multiple emails, including a strongly worded one, but still got no reply. Eventually, I requested a refund, but instead received an excuse and an offer to substitute my order with inferior lenses that I would never have chosen. After insisting on a refund, I got the same form response again. Now, I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company and reporting them to the authorities. This is not a reputable seller, and I cannot recommend them.
I wear prescription lenses and have ordered over 10 pairs. I appreciate the variety of 'regular' lenses available. They are comfortable, even when I fall asleep in them. Unlike other brands, I haven't had issues with deposits forming quickly. They ship promptly, and the support team has always been kind and helpful. They often run great promotions, making the prices unbeatable. Why wouldn't you give them a try?
The customer service here is slow to respond, and when they do, the assistance provided is minimal. Their solutions fall short of basic customer service standards. Purchasing from them feels risky, as you might not receive anything, and if you need a replacement, it could take another two weeks, plus additional shipping costs.
This is not a trustworthy seller. They sent me the wrong prescription twice and then sent more incorrect lenses without my order. Keep a close eye on your credit card, as they may charge you for items you didn't order. It's advisable to block your account to prevent unauthorized charges.
