Review Time
Took a while to place my order as we needed special shipping. Received a lot of emails, requests for feedback, etc. before I even received the dog pod, which was a bit annoying. The pod is lovely and will be well used as a bed and car seat which suits our travels. The body is fairly well made but a bit heavy - I guess sturdy is the right word. However the straps to attach are very flimsy and we already broke one of the plastic clasps (on forst use), which isn't what you expect for a 200+ pound dog bed...So while the product itself is very noce, everything immediately around it is not what you want for something so expensive and social media hyped.
I ordered car seat for my puppy whippet. I wanted something that she can grow into and good quality. I was recommended L&B by a friend. Postage and packaging no issues. Assembly was initially a bit puzzling, but it is actually very easy, just insert pillows and zip everything.My pup loved it. She went inside, chewed it a bit and then slept for 2 hours straight. It is a premium price, but so far feels like it time proof.
The Luther Lounger is definitely a luxury item and will be used when we are away from home. Our Pomeranian is already very comfortable travelling in her Dog Pod so it seemed logical to have a Luther Lounger to complete the set! Great quality. Thank you.
Edited 1st MaySo after writing my initial review regarding customer service Luther Bennett have gone over and above to put things right- it’s always a mark of a company how they deal with things when they go wrong and so I wanted to amend my review to reflect that. I really appreciate the time you’ve taken to personally contact me and the offer to extend the discount. It’s a really great quality product - still to be tested in the car yet but if it works I would have absolutely no qualms about ordering another.. Thank you for providing great customer service.
I’ve spend a week trying to place an order and still haven’t been able to. I emailed them to tell them that although they state on the website they delivered worldwide, when you go through checkout you can’t select different countries. I live in Guernsey and regularly order items using UK shipping methods. I waited a day for a response, They said it was fixed so I tried again- I got a different error this time- I let them know and they said it had been fixed after another day of waiting for a reply. I tried again and the postcode still wasn’t valid. I got offered 10% discount and told the website was now working ( yes another day to wait for a reply)It wasn’t working, same error, and oI have now given up trying to order.I understand websites have glitches something but at no point did anyone offer to take the address and do the sale manually. The website and customer service isn’t to the same standard as you are claiming the products to be! Shame but definitely wouldn’t recommend
