I ordered the Colossal Curvy Clawer in March of 2025. Unfortunately, I did not try to assemble it until I relocated to Portugal in June. When I tried to put it together, I discovered that the hardware supplied did not contain the screw for the base. I contacted the company and asked them to send me a replacement screw to my new address overseas. They told me that they only shipped within the US, despite the fact that the screw was supposedly being sent from China. I was not able to find the proper size screw anywhere in Portugal. So, I had to arrange for the replacement to be sent to my sister in the US, who would then have had to send it to me in Portugal. Over two months later, my sister had still not received the screw, and I had in the meanwhile had to purchase a scratcher from another seller since my cats are accustomed to having one. Customer Service was extremely rude to me when I contacted them. Since the scratcher was useless with a stable base, I filed a dispute with my financial company and received a refund. However, this whole experience has left me feeling very negatively towards this seller. This was their fault, and they ended up being very rude and not helpful at all.
I ordered two glass elevated bowls. They are pretty, but not very functional. The glass is sharp and awkward to hold when you need to add food to it. We looked into returning the second bowl we purchased, which we didn't even open. The cost of shipping is just pure price gouging; any other return is around $15 max - but for fancy furry tail it's $79 and no explanation as to why. Beware.. We also got their scratcher and realized we had no ability to return it.. it also looks cool but is useless, stiff, and not a texture cats would even think they could claw. It's like a hard, stiff, plastic material and not anything with flexibility or "give."
I regret purchasing the FurryTail water fountain. It requires proprietary filters that only work with this specific model, which is already frustrating. On top of that, the filters attach to two tiny plastic pieces that aren’t clearly marked as separate from the filter itself. When I changed the filter, I accidentally threw those parts away, thinking they were part of the used filter.I reached out to the company three months ago to request replacements. After several emails and sending them photos to confirm the correct parts, they said they'd ship them to me—but nothing ever arrived. Now I’m stuck with a completely unusable fountain and zero support from the company.Don’t waste your money. Poor design, poor instructions, and even worse customer service. I wouldn't recommend this fountain—or this brand—to anyone.
Colossal Curvy Clawer is completely impractical. It is unstable, and the material meant for scratching is useless-none of my three cats will use it. The top platform is made of a sleek, wood-like material with no grip, making it difficult for cats to jump onto safely. It seems like this tower was designed for appearance rather than functionality. A more stable base, actual scratch-friendly materials, and a non-slip surface on top would make it much more usable. As it stands, it's just decorative and not cat-friendly at all.Plus, this business deleted my review from their website.
I'll preface this by saying I finally received the product but it took about 2 weeks longer than it was supposed to and I still never received my order number or tracking number. After finally succumbing to Instagram marketing, I decided to purchase the wavy cat scratcher. It's fine, feels flimsy. After purchasing, I never received an email confirming my order. I was unable to search for my order information by plugging in my email on their website. I reached out to customer service and it took about 3 days for them to actually get back to me, And they still didn't provide the information but rather asked me to rest assured because "the product you purchased has been dispatched, and the tracking information will be updated gradually" (What Is that response?) and STILL never provided an order or tracking number. Don't be fooled by the recent wave of positive reviews, I can almost guarantee that those are fake given the days between and consistent five-star rating.
The customer service I received from this company is negative star. Sparing details, I placed an order then cancelled directly after. I then placed another order. I went back and forth with the customer service department for weeks. They assured me that my first order has been cancelled, but it still has not. They also made a mistake with my second order and the entire matter remains unresolved as FurryTail has decided to stop responding to my support requests. Also, they don't have a phone number. After weeks of nonsense and them ghosting I will never do business with this company again. Not to mention, my cat isn't interested in the colossal cat scratcher. My purchase ended up a colossal mistake.
I bought two FurryTail automatic cat litter boxes. I really like the look of them. I had put them in my new home although I hadn’t moved in and thought I would order a third as you’re meant to have an extra litter box on hand. Everything was fine until I moved in, and the cats started using the boxes. The bags that they have for the elimination do not hide the odor and instead of changing the bags every two or three days I have to change the bags every day. I really would not recommend this because the smell of odor is really bad. I have used several other brands in the past and the only reason I chose this brand was because I wanted more low profile boxes because it’s easier and less cumbersome. I’ve never experienced this odor until I bought these boxes so I would not recommend them to anybody. I purchased 2 Meowant Automatic litter boxes, and they are far superior their elimination bags are much stronger they also allow you to purchase an odor gel that you can put in to that compartment and there is absolutely zero odor. It’s wonderful. My review is 100% honest and I hope it can help you.
