I would rate zero stars if I could! I ordered a chair in December, with delivery promised by a courier on January 14th. The tracking information led to a pamphlet received by neighbors. I reached out for assistance but my emails bounced back. I contacted the courier, only to find out I needed to reach out to the supplier.

I ordered a chair on January 1st, 2026, and like many others, I received only a piece of red string today. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back. I strongly recommend against using this service—it's definitely a scam!

Ordered a chair on January 2nd.

I ordered a chair on January 2nd. Instead of the chair, I received a piece of red string in the mail along with tracking. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Clearly a fake website and a scam. Do not order from them.

Complete scam website.

This is a complete scam website; stay away. I ordered a chair two weeks ago and received an order confirmation with delivery details stating it would arrive via a courier. Yesterday, I got a notification that the order was delivered, but instead of a chair, I received a 20cm piece of red string. When trying to reach the company, I found their contact details were invalid. I’ve learned my lesson, and I hope others don’t fall victim!
