Issues with Package Release from Customs

I ordered a product through the website and it was shipped by a courier service. It arrived at customs, but the courier refuses to release it due to insufficient paperwork. Multiple emails to the company have not resolved the issue with my package. I will probably have to reach out to my credit card provider to dispute the charge. The customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Highly Recommended - Will Order Again!

I ordered a belt for a JVC CD player from around 1988. I received two belts, one of which was correct, and it was well-packaged. Delivery took 9 days, even though I was quoted 10-15 days. I'm very satisfied.
