I had to give it 1 star because there’s no option for lower. I purchased magnifying glasses as a Christmas gift, and they were completely useless. Then I was informed that I needed to pay for the return shipping to another country. It feels like a scam, selling low-quality items at inflated prices. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
Sadly can't give a zero. I wish I had researched before ordering. The product was a cheap imitation from another country. I tried to return it, but they ignored my email. My bank suggested a chargeback. They responded then! Rude and threatening me with legal action! I've never encountered such terrible service. Stay away at all costs.
Placed an order over two months ago and the item has never arrived. Since then, I've sent several emails trying to resolve the issue, but have received no response. There is no effective customer service or accountability. I've paid for a product that hasn't come, and all my attempts to communicate have been ignored. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Based on this, I would not recommend ordering from this website and advise others to proceed with caution.
I ordered a coat and tracked my package through an app. The tracking showed conflicting updates (marked delivered, then later at a sorting center and out for delivery). I have not received this item. After multiple attempts to email the company and trying to reach them via a non-existent number, I can confidently say this company is a scam. AVOID!
