Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The engineer Neil arrived on time, was so polite and professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our boiler. The repair was carried out efficiently, and everything was explained clearly so we knew exactly what had been done. Pricing was fair with no hidden surprises, and the house was warm again in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable boiler repairs. Five stars all the way!

Phoned right gas for help with my boiler which was leaking water, I had no heating or hot water. Customer service was fantastic. They quickly arranged for Steve a gas safety engineer to asses the situation. Steve was brilliant, quick and professional. He was back after 1 day to fix the issue. Arrived nice and early. And now I have heating and hot water. Thank you Steve top bloke. More companies should have people like Steve
