Quality has drastically declined.

This brand has really let me down. I used to trust them like I do my favorite comfortable footwear. They were once so soft and flexible. However, that was more than two years ago. Nowadays, the materials feel harsh and uncomfortable, they lack the stretch I loved, and the waistbands sit higher... it's just a significant downgrade from what they used to offer.

This brand has really declined

This brand has really declined. I used to depend on them like I do with my favorite footwear. They were so comfortable, soft, and stretchy. That was over two years ago. Now, the materials feel rough and scratchy, they offer less stretch, and the waistbands sit higher... just SO DISAPPOINTING compared to what they once were.

The most frustrating experience I've had

The most frustrating experience I've had. You have to pay for shipping, and when you return an item, there's another shipping fee. It's been almost a month, and I still haven't received a credit on my card. I would never engage with this company again. They claim my card will be credited, but I'm still waiting, and nothing has happened.

Struggling to find return information

I'm struggling to find the right website for returns. The customer service access needs a complete overhaul. This is the most challenging and fragmented website I've encountered for returns, and having limited phone support is far below industry standards. I will wait until Monday for any response, as I have left a voicemail and provided my contact number.

No response to my issue

I have been purchasing from them for some time. I bought three pairs of jeans for $275. One pair was light grey. I contacted customer service about spots that appeared after drying on the grey pair and sent seven pictures. I received no response. I continued emailing and still got their promotional emails. It's clear they aren't going to respond. As a loyal customer, I expected at least some acknowledgment. When I leave a review, the company always asks for more details, which seems like a way to avoid addressing the situation, especially when it's hard to get them to reply in the first place.
