Review Time
I want a refund. I made a purchase for one item, but then they confused me into buying another discounted item without a confirmation. This feels like scamming, and I hope others become aware. I've emailed for my refund but have received no response.
i bought from these people on the 7th November iam still waiting for the parcel to arrive after 6emails later and they have said its been delivered and posted through my letter box which is hard to believe i have asked them to redeliver said item again and give them 7days notice from my last email lets see what happens
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Six weeks later and still no Nano tape (very expensive, but ad kept popping up on my Youtube and I needed something like that). No communication until I emailed them. Been emailing for weeks. Tape never arrived. I received an email to inform me that I had received it. Not even that it had been delivered! I never received it! Finally they’ve told me they have issued a full refund after copious emails to them. Let’s see. Very badly run business and Youtube should remove their ads. If they delivered, used the Order numbers on correspondence then this business has potential as handy products.
i ordered a usb card priced£19.99 which i have received bu i have been charged £69.98. i was told i would get a refund which would take 3 to 5 working days i still haven’t received it.its been a few weeks now since i placed the order and still no refund.i’ve sent numerous e mails which are being ignored. the bottom line is they have£49.99 of my money and are ignoring my requests for refund.
Like many of the other customers, I ordered and paid for an item and never received it. They have taken our money and we have received nothing.I emailed them and the reply was that the carrier would be asked to deliver as soon as possible. Please be patient. That was on the 27th. September. Now 20th. October. This company and their website should be taken down and prosecuted.
Where is my phone holder? I purchased a phone holder for my car which never arrived. This company's only answer to my emails is that the order was despatched. Surely they can offer more as they have employed a reputable national carrier to carry out delivery.Definitely not good enough.They got my money and i got nothing.
