I bought an iron in 2018 that broke down a few weeks ago. I contacted the support team, and they asked for the receipt. I explained that I registered for the 'lifetime warranty' and uploaded the receipt at that time. They completely ignored my follow-up. I’ve sent reminders, but they just told me to send the receipt, which I haven’t kept for 7 years. They closed the ticket as 'resolved.' I ended up purchasing a new iron for €17 from a different seller. Lifetime guarantee seems false! I won't be returning.
I’m reviewing the new airstyler. It’s a shame there are no instructions in the box. A brief introduction video on the website would be helpful. It took me a few tries to get accustomed to it. Overall, it reduces drying time and adds good volume to my hair. I’m unsure how to use the cool shot feature, as it's not user-friendly. There’s no clear indication of the temperature settings on the tool. However, for the price, it's a good tool, and an update could improve usability.
