Awful customer service and no professionalism

Awful customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. After spending a considerable amount of money, I anticipated much better treatment, but instead faced a dismissive attitude. Do yourself a favor and seek alternatives. Extremely disappointed.

It’s best to steer clear of this company if you’re ordering from outside the US. Their customer service is unprofessional and dismissive once they receive your payment. If there’s a problem with your order, they won’t assist you and will show you no respect. Save yourself the trouble and the expensive shipping fees—choose a supplier that genuinely cares about medical patients. Stay away from this service entirely!

Very strict return policy

Their return policy is excessively strict. I attempted to return a product due to incorrect sizing. They immediately charged me and sent the correct size. When I sent back the wrong size, they charged me for return shipping, rejected the return, and sent the item back. Now I have a shoulder brace I can't use and have been charged twice. I will never purchase from this company again! I'm very frustrated.

Warning! Terrible experience.

This company has certainly earned their low rating. They treat individual customers as nuisances. I ordered an ankle brace, and when it arrived, it was too small and caused discomfort. The packaging was also damaged. When I called to return it, I was informed they would charge a restocking fee and I had to cover the shipping costs. I sent the brace back, but they returned it claiming it was worn, despite me only trying it on briefly. I’m relieved I ordered a replacement elsewhere. $60 later, I now have a brace I can't use.

Received incomplete order and poor treatment

I ordered parts for a brace, but the received items were incomplete, missing a strap. I tried to explain this to a representative who spoke to me in a condescending tone. I recommend looking elsewhere for parts if possible. If issues arise, their staff is rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful.

Avoid this company for returns

I returned a knee brace that didn't fit properly, despite following the size chart. I tried it on briefly, and after struggling to reach them for return authorization, they sent it back claiming it had been worn. Their restocking fee is excessive, and the overall experience was frustrating. Slow shipping, high prices, poor customer service, and unreasonable return standards—never again.

Do not trust this company!

Misleading advertising—ordered Ice Bags for a specific product, and the listing stated 'Pack of 12 Clear Bags' but I received only 4 bags. I had to scroll down to find the small print indicating it was a 4 pack. The price was unreasonable for such a small quantity, and since it's a cold therapy item, it's non-returnable. Save your money.

Terrible experience overall

This has been the worst experience imaginable. Don't waste your time or money. Please consider other options. The sizing was completely off, and when I contacted them, they claimed it was a manufacturing issue. I ended up paying full price for return shipping, plus a 20% restocking fee for a problem that wasn't mine. It took 10 days for my order to arrive. I urge you not to purchase anything from them.
