The MacDonalds on Eastern Avenue has to be the worst in Gloucester. Now this review is not about the young people who work there, rather it’s about the management who run the establishment and the information they have given these young people on how to prepare, cook and serve the food. I have used this takeaway on many occasions and I have had food missing, overcharged, buns that are burnt, chicken selects that look as though they have been eaten before they are served to you, cold coffee, cold food, and food that tastes as though it was cooked a few days ago! Always running out of strawberry shake, and just one or two of the servers with a bad attitude. I won’t be using them again

Placed order on app, delivery arrived with missing and wrong items, called restaurant to be told that even though id paid for delivery and a service charge for them to manage my order they would not deliver the missing and wrong items to me as the delivery has nothing to do with them , £10.69 for a double cheese burger not delivered , 9 chicken nuggets not delivered . Disgusting service at restaurant stating if I wanted to get it sorted id have to come to the restaurant, I am a handicapped man so this was not an option , staff not interested at all. Absolute terribleService and won’t ever order from them again
I have not used Macdonald's for some time until now. Absolute rubbish . The portions are tiny. Don't bother asking for a small milk shake . Think of a child's small bottle of fruit shoot, more expensive,smaller portions. Garage meal deals are better value. Macdonald's your days are numbered,
My daughter who have learning disabilities ordered macdonalds today she accidentally ordered food today to the wrong address the guy was really rude to her saying he will leave her food near the bin in the area this have affected her mental health I've had her on the phone really upset not good she had no food and paid around £30
Macdonalds has really gone down hill. The food is always cold and I have just been to the one in Thornton Heath and found staff there so rude. I went through the drive through and then waited 30 mins as I was told my food wasn’t ready. I had to go in to the shop in the end and it had been sitting there and no one had bothered to bring it out to the waiting bay. Despite me asking staff 3 times when they came out to other people
Nearly 2 months ago now I wrote a review about how a Macdonald's, in Preston gave my 83 year old mother chicken nuggets, when she ordered chicken strips. They didn't bother to resolve the issue and reading other bad reviews it's hardly surprising.
Absolutely a joke. Preparing 3 or4 orders at once one person preparing the food ... While waiting I watched her doing the orders and I could see her waiting for for the drinks and my food just exposed to the cold fan, blower behind where my food sat. I waited and was finally given the food. To no surprise it was cold I asked for it to be done again. Unbelievable....... Get more preparing the food not one person doing 3, 4, 5 orders all together.
