Wouldn't take my dog to to eat in their so called restaurants hot drinks are warm hot food is warm chips well tried one left the rest couldn't finish the meal so I walked out i think burger King under staff its restraurants and run it on a shoe string i drive by now not through

Frustrating Experience with Long Wait Times

Customers were extremely upset due to a wait time of over half an hour from ordering to receiving food. Some had to leave after paying, unable to get their meals as they were catching a flight. The burgers served were cold and seemed reused, while the drinks were lukewarm. There was also no salt available for fries. This situation felt disrespectful to customers, and the staff appeared indifferent.

A Fantastic Fast Food Experience with Diverse Options

This fast food establishment offers excellent vegetarian recipes along with other choices, making it a favorite of mine. I particularly enjoy dining at the location in the mall, where the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's truly my go-to restaurant.

Poor cleanliness and unprofessional staff.

Tables were left unclean, and the restrooms were in a bad state. The staff seemed uninterested. I requested that certain ingredients be omitted from my meal, but they were still included. When I pointed out an issue with my order, the manager simply removed the top of the bun and scraped off the contents with his fingers. When I expressed my concern about this practice, I was informed it was 'standard procedure.' There was no attention to hygiene or prevention of cross-contamination, as he didn't wash his hands or change his gloves.

The manager stuck his fingers in the bun

Tables needed clearing, toilets were dirty and smelly. Staff were dismissive. Asked for ingredients NOT to be added to my food, they were added. Raised there was a problem with my order, the manager took the top off the bun and scraped the contents off the bun with his fingers, when i asked that he didnt do that i was told this was "standard burger king procedure" no care of dirty fingers in food or care of cross contamination. He did not wash his hands or put on a fresh pair of gloves.

Unprofessionalism of burger king’s Manager

I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver and had a shocking experience at this Burger King on 20 December, between 9:30 PM and 10:40 PM.I arrived at 9:30 PM to collect a confirmed Uber Eats order. There were already 10+ delivery drivers waiting, and the store kept accepting online orders even though they were close to closing and clearly couldn’t handle them.At first, because of the long wait, I told the customer to cancel and order from another restaurant. However, a staff member took my order number and assured me the order would be prepared, so I contacted the customer again and asked them to keep waiting.After waiting almost 20 more minutes, the manager suddenly said the store was closed and told me to “get out”, even though I had been assured my order would be prepared. He became rude and aggressive, locked the door while I was still inside, and instructed staff not to pack my order even though it was ready.Due to how serious the situation became, I called the police by phone. The officer spoke directly to the manager and advised him to resolve the issue, but the manager still refused. I eventually had to leave at around 10:40 PM, after wasting over an hour.Because of this, I had to ask the customer to cancel the order after a long wait, and my Uber account was reported, affecting my work. There was also no “store closed” sign displayed, which meant drivers couldn’t even claim compensation from Uber.This was extremely unprofessional, stressful, and completely avoidable. Delivery drivers should not be treated this way. I hope management investigates this properly.

Wow, made the order at 6:01 paid got 3 calls 30 minutes later to clarify the address. I missed the calls as I was in the toilet. Called back 3 times no answer. Got a call from another number to confirm order is ready it’s going be delivered. 6:59 get a call sorry can’t deliver. Give me your card detail and will refund. As if I’m giving my card details over the phone.
