Satisfactory customer service

The customer service is good, and the glasses are stylish. I'm quite pleased overall, though there was a long wait due to a small scratch on the lens that didn't meet quality control.

Previously good experience, but issues this time

I've had a good experience before, but this time when I ordered a home trial, they didn't send a return bag/label. I've emailed them three times without a response, and I'm worried about being charged.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, but one pair was wrong on delivery and the correct ones turned out to be out of stock, even though the website showed they could be ordered.MAD ABOUT SPECS let me exchange the wrong ones for another pair of glasses, but since I live in DK they have to go through customs again, I have to pay new customs duties and then apply to have previous customs duties refunded. So the service is good, but it causes quite a bit of trouble that the UK is not a member of the EU.

Very happy with my Varifocals :)

Great selection of specs to choose from (I did the home trial) I bought "Peterson in ash" as varifocals.They are perfect! Any questions I had were answered quickly and I was kept up to date on delivery. Would highly recommend buying from MadAdboutSpecs.

Ignorant!

I emailed to see if I could use my NHS and a gentleman called Ravi said said yes and asked to send them the details. Again I heard nothing in return. So I emailed again and was told they needed a code and again I didn't receive a response for weeks. I have since emailed twice more over a period of couple of weeks and you guessed it...no response! Absolutely useless. They must be doing so well that they don't need custom!
