I have worked for this company for the last 3 months and what an eye opener. If I could of given no stars I would of. I have been a traffic marshall at a prison enlargement site in Denbury. The supervisor Aaron is as close to a neanderthal as you can get. I have worked in male environments most of my working life but the gross remarks from this man are embarrassing to all males. There is an area connected to the prison that cannot really be left and personnel need to be vetted and cleared to work here. Aeron leaves workers with no breaks which every human being is entitled to especially in warmer weather. The biggest joke is this man has 6 pages of criminal activities and cannot obtain vetting. I have never in my working career walked off site but could not stay locked in a cage. Prisoners are treated much better. I obtained a broken rib whilst tripping over entry step to offices and was alarmed to find no accident book. Avoid this sham, if you value your own health and safety.
Call themselves a Logistics Company while they are no more than a recruitment agency and a bad one at that. Lied about rate to get myself on site pay through a payroll company who charge £20 a week. Did not receive a payroll register pack until I called the payroll on the day before pay day ten days after start date. Wrong info on starting time first day I wouldn't bother with this mob.Logistics is the fancy name the Black Hat on site used to satisfy himself he's not an agency worker.
A very bad experience with this company. I was unfortunate to work with the colleague name Neil from the agency. I worked three days prior to my card expiring, within the time i was renewing my card, i made it clear to site over the weekend i will be renewing my card. By monday I had received quite rude messages from Neil. In that time I was waiting for my card to be updated on the ECS system. Neil's communication was through text message he never called once, i asked texted him and asked him to call me so i could explain to him. I then tried to call and he never picked up, the last message I received from him "I see no reason to I'm in a meeting all the best".I asked him to call me and that is the response I got. From my experience he is very rude and unprofessional, he is the manager of the electrical Recruitment department of this agency.
