I've sent nine emails since May trying to close my account but received no response, while I continue to get promotional emails. Payouts take an excessive amount of time, and commissions are deducted from winnings. The maximum payout in one day is £800 if you ever win that much. AVOID THIS PROVIDER; there are better options available.
I contacted customer support, but nothing has changed. I'm unhappy with the lengthy 10-day wait for a withdrawal when other casinos process payments in a maximum of three days, sometimes even within an hour. Speed up your withdrawal process, and perhaps you will receive better reviews.
Overall, this platform has been good. It offers a nice variety of slots and great gameplay. However, I would appreciate quicker support responses, as it sometimes takes a while to receive help via chat. Still, it's a safe site to enjoy gaming.
From my experience, I'd tell you that Magius stands out MAINLY for its clean layout. Can also mention that transactions are safe, and gameplay is fair overall... It's not 100% perfect, though, as unfortunately payouts can take long to arrive sometimes... But overall, I would recommend them to my friends, and will likely do so.

Do NOT use! I have a withdrawal pending now for 13 days! They state 3 working delays for this to be processed. Its the same copy and paste response. Just like there replies on here! The account is fully verified and they keep saying it's being escalated! Nothing has been done or changed in nearly 2 weeks!
