I also didn’t receive a response within the stated 24-hour timeframe, which made me concerned.However, once my case was handled, the issue was resolved properly and the €27.95 was fully refunded. I appreciate that the situation was ultimately taken seriously and corrected.Thank you to the customer service team for resolving the matter and issuing the refund.
