Moving payment providers is usually a nightmare, but switching to malum.co was actually smooth. I don't regret it one bit. The system feels stable, transactions are flowing, and it just feels less clunky than our previous provider. reached out to support once for a clarification and they sorted it without the usual back-and-forth.
Quick Support and no issues, the only issues i habe is getting spammed by Malum competitors to switch to them, which i dont. Malum and Anna are amazing!! Would be great if Instant Payouts would be also free but stilm the best payment processor out there.Cant understand how TrustPilot allows Competitors to write negative reviews about Malum.
Very disappointing experience. Their website is constantly offline, the fees are extremely high, and they block accounts and funds without any prior notice. The support is almost never available and doesn’t provide any real help. I’ve lost both time and money with this company definitely not recommended
