I really wish I could give more stars but the customer service is horrible. I received 2 awesome boxes and 1 unfinished partially assembled box. I've been trying to get a refund or replacement for over a month and keep getting the run around. Basically if they get your order right it's great but if you need a refund or return it's impossible.
My son is really into anime, and when I came across these, I just had to get them! They arrived today, and they are stunning. They exceeded my expectations. I’m excited to give them to him because I know he will adore them. The designs are fantastic, and they match the description perfectly. I highly recommend this service and their offerings!
They accepted my order and charged my card in October, but I never received it. I emailed multiple times for updates, and they requested my personal identification number for border clearance, which was confusing. I had to repeatedly ask for order status updates, only to be told there was no delivery option available, so they canceled my order but promised a full refund. I still haven't received any refund. When I asked for confirmation about the refund, they did not respond.

I love the flexibility of being able to plug them in with the provided USB cable or use 3 AAA batteries, making them easy to place anywhere. I currently own a few characters and plan to purchase more for myself and as gifts!

The light boxes arrived within 15 days from overseas and they are fantastic! They look exactly as advertised and are stunning! I was kept updated on the order tracking and it arrived in perfect condition. I can’t wait to gift these light boxes to my grandson for Christmas; I'm sure he’ll adore them!
